About the Role:

We're looking for a creative, trend-savvy Influencer Video Creator & Content Creator who lives and breathes social media to help us create viral, engaging content for platforms like Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Meta (Facebook/Instagram). This role is perfect for someone who loves being in front of the camera, knows how to tell a compelling story in 15–60 seconds, and understands how to grab attention in the first 3 seconds


Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and post engaging short-form video content tailored to TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Meta platforms
  • Act as an on-camera personality for brand campaigns, challenges, product demos, and lifestyle content
  • Stay up-to-date with viral trends, music, challenges, and platform algorithms to boost visibility and reach
  • Collaborate with marketing and design teams to align content with brand voice and campaign goals
  • Edit and caption videos for each platform with optimized text, transitions, and effects
  • Track content performance and suggest creative strategies to improve views, shares, and engagement
  • Occasionally go live or engage with audiences via comments, duets, and collabs

What We're Looking For:
  • Proven experience creating content on TikTok, Instagram Reels, and/or YouTube Shorts
  • A strong on-camera presence and comfort speaking or acting naturally
  • Basic to advanced video editing skills (CapCut, InShot, Adobe Premiere Rush, etc.)
  • Passionate about social media trends, pop culture, and storytelling
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and consistently hit deadlines
  • Strong communication and creative brainstorming skills

  • Experience working with brands or as a paid influencer
  • Portfolio of previous short-form video work
  • Knowledge of ad content guidelines on Meta and TikTok
