Location: Ortigas, Pasig City, Metro Manila

Job Type: Full-Time

Transpeed Communications is hiring a CSR Sales – Patient Experience & Growth Advisor to drive membership growth, promote premium wellness services, and deliver exceptional patient experiences. This is a high-impact, sales-focused role ideal for driven professionals who thrive in fast-paced, relationship-based environments.


Key Responsibilities
  • Sales & Membership Growth

    Convert leads, retain members, and upsell higher-tier wellness plans to boost Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR).
  • Promote Premium Services

    Confidently sell high-ROI treatments (Emsculpt NEO, PRP, IV therapy, NAD+, injectables) using results-driven messaging and social proof.
  • Community & Business Development

    Build referral networks, represent the brand at events, and strengthen community partnerships.
  • CRM & Performance Tracking

    Use platforms like RepeatMD and AdvancedMD to manage sales pipelines and exceed KPIs.

What We're Looking For

Required:

  • Proven sales success (healthcare, aesthetics, fitness, or high-ticket services)
  • Excellent communication and virtual closing skills
  • CRM experience
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented

Preferred:

  • Wellness membership or premium service sales experience
  • Familiarity with RepeatMD/AdvancedMD
  • Background in partnership or referral-based growth
