About the role

As a Customer Service Representative at UNO Adventure & Holidays', you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. In this full-time position based in Bonifacio Global City Taguig City Metro Manila, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, handling a wide range of inquiries and ensuring their needs are met with the highest level of professionalism and care.

What you'll be doing

  1. Respond to incoming customer calls, emails, and other communication channels in a timely and efficient manner
  2. Provide friendly, knowledgeable, and empathetic assistance to customers, addressing their questions, concerns, and requests
  3. Troubleshoot issues and offer solutions to ensure customer satisfaction
  4. Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
  5. Contribute to the continuous improvement of our customer service processes and procedures
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall customer experience

What we're looking for

  1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
  2. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to effectively handle a variety of customer inquiries
  3. Proficient in using customer service software and technology
  4. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and remain calm under pressure
  5. Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the Call Centre & Customer Service industry
  6. Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a genuine desire to make a positive impact
