Material Coordinator

Job Description:

· Monitor and action materials requests from the client's internal ticketing system, ensuring timely processing and updates on ticket status.

· Coordinate with Project Teams, Warehouse Contacts, and Contractors to arrange materials pick-up and delivery.

· Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including Third-Party Logistics (3PL) and Project Personnel, to resolve issues and confirm arrangements.

· Track ticket progress using available tools such as SAP and Power BI; flag delays or backorders as needed.

· Maintain clear documentation and use internal chat systems to streamline communication (instead of email).

· Support data validation and transactional reporting based on system dashboards.


Qualifications:

· Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, or any related field.

· years of experience in an administrative or coordination role.

· Experience in materials or logistics is a plus.

· Comfortable working with ticketing systems, databases, and tools like SAP or Power BI.

· Ability to manage multiple requests in a fast-paced environment.

· High attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-driven mindset.

· Strong communication skills and ability to work with diverse teams and external parties.
