What You'll Do:
As a
Customer Service Specialist
, you will be a key player in providing outstanding service to our patients, guiding them through the complex world of balance billing, payment processing, insurance verification, and more. You'll act as a trusted advisor to help patients understand their billing and payment options, resolve any issues, and ensure they receive the care they need. You'll also collaborate with doctors' offices to secure treatment authorizations, handle appointment scheduling, and provide ongoing support to create a seamless healthcare experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Educate and assist patients with balance billing, payment processing, and available payment options.
  • Verify insurance information, benefits, and eligibility.
  • Handle patient inquiries, appointment setting, and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with healthcare providers to secure treatment authorizations.
  • Resolve disputes and ensure accurate, timely resolutions to patient concerns.
