Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Quezon City. The Customer Service Representative will handle calls, emails, and messages from customers, providing support and ensuring customer satisfaction. The tasks include resolving customer issues, providing product information, handling returns or complaints, and maintaining a high level of customer experience.   • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to handle difficult situations and resolve customer complaints effectively
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with computer systems and ability to learn new software quickly
  • Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree is a plus
