Job Description:

  • Organizing and maintaining files and records to ensure they are easily accessible
  • Managing office supplies and ordering new supplies as necessary
  • Assisting with the preparation of budgets and financial reports
  • Answering and directing phone calls to appropriate staff members
  • Scheduling appointments and meetings for executives and upper-level staff
  • Maintaining a clean and organized office environment
  • Assisting in the planning and execution of office events and meetings
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software
  • Qualifications in secretarial studies will be an advantage
  • High school diploma; BSc/BA in office administration or relevant field is preferred
