Job Responsibilities:

  • Process Documentation - Define, document, and align new policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with industry standards and governance frameworks.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration - Work with different teams and external service providers to align processes and requirements for documentations
  • Work closely with SAP consultants to ensure system configuration aligns with business requirements, ensuring policies and procedures are well-supported.
  • Risk Management - Assess risks related to policies and procedures, collaborate on risk mitigation strategies, and resolve issues that arise during the migration process.
  • Change Management and Training Support - Assist in managing organizational change, developing training materials, and providing user training to ensure smooth adoption of new policies and post-migration processes.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations, or a related field
  • Key Skills: Process Mapping, Organizational Skills, Communication Skills, Decision Making, Change Management
  • Experienced in S4 Hana is an advantage
  • Experienced in process/create documentation is also an advantage
  • Amenable to work from 8AM-5PM in Old Balara, Quezon City
