Katipunan, Loyola Heights, Quezon City (Hybrid, 2x a week onsite minimum)

We're looking for a
Mid-level Systems Analyst

to join our Philippine team supporting a
Japanese-market product

where
quality, reliability, and precision

are non-negotiable.

In this role, you'll take
end to end ownership of features.

Starting from a business requirement document set by the Japan team, you'll translate objectives into clear technical specifications, coordinate with developers and QA during implementation, and ensure smooth deployment and validation, making sure each feature delivers on both business goals and user needs.

What You'll Do

  • Feature Ownership
  • Manage assigned features from requirements gathering to post-launch validation.

  • Be the main point of contact for developers and QA for those features.

  • Requirements Gathering & Translation

  • Work with stakeholders to capture business rules and product goals.

  • Translate objectives into actionable technical requirements, specs, and user stories.

  • Cross-Team Collaboration

  • Coordinate with developers, QA, designers, and business teams to ensure smooth delivery.

  • Join direct discussions with Japanese stakeholders when needed.

  • Product-Minded Analysis

  • Review data and user behavior to refine requirements and recommend improvements.

  • Suggest enhancements to user flows and system usability.

  • Documentation & Support

  • Maintain product specs, integration docs, and knowledge bases.
  • Support deployment planning and release validation.

What We're Looking For

  • 2–4 years of experience as a Systems Analyst or Business Analyst in software development.
  • Strong communication skills, able to act as the bridge between business needs and technical teams.
  • Hands-on experience managing requirements from start to finish.
  • Comfortable working closely with developers, QA, and product managers.
  • Product-minded, detail-oriented, and aligned with a
    quality-first culture
