HR Officer

· Managing Employee concerns by maintaining positive employee/labor relations.
· Assist department and department heads in complying disciplinary policies and procedures for employees.
· Ensures that grievances received are reported to the appropriate department heads
· Arrange counseling schedules of employees to the HR and Admin Manager
· Properly files DA record per 201 and updates the DA summary report.
· Assist in drafting the Annual Training Plan including necessary budgets and documentations (ISO and Non-ISO related trainings). Update the annual training plan in a timely manner.
· Assist Section heads of the skills leveling of the employees through training and awareness.
· Assist in the review of the 3D role profile of each position within the organization.
· Assist in the review of the KPI/KRA for each role in the organization.
· Assist internal and external trainers of the trainings to be conducted periodic or not periodic.
· Executes the planned trainings and monitors its effectiveness (pre and post training).
· Properly files training documents and updates the 201 record for training in accordance to the ISO procedure of the company.
· Coordinate with the Talent Acquisition to ensure that all listed in the onboarding checklist for orientation, training and awareness are conducted according to the checklist.
· Supports the HR Associate whenever needed
· Process permits for legal compliance under Admin Department and communicate with LGU.
· Prepares reports as requested by the HR and Admin Manager
