HR & Admin Staff

Location: Lot 20 Block 12, Silcas Village, San Francisco, Binãn, Philippines, 4024

Employment Type: Full-time (after 6-month probationary period)

Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented HR & Admin Staff to support our daily operations. The role includes handling HR documentation, recruitment assistance, employee relations, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth and efficient office operations.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment (job posting, screening, scheduling interviews).
  • Maintain employee records, 201 files, and HR databases.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Prepare HR-related documents such as contracts, memos, and reports.
  • Assist in payroll preparation (attendance monitoring, leave tracking).
  • Help coordinate company events, trainings, and employee engagement activities.

Administrative

  • Manage office communications, emails, and phone inquiries.
  • Handle filing, documentation, and record management.
  • Monitor and replenish office supplies and inventory.
  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, and office activities.
  • Assist management and other departments with administrative needs.
  • Ensure office cleanliness, orderliness, and compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, HR Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 1-2 year of HR or administrative experience (fresh grads are welcome if capable).
  • Strong organization and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Reliable, trustworthy, and able to handle confidential information.

Work Schedule

  • Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM
