Job Summary:

The HR Manager will oversee all human resources functions in the organization, ensuring effective HR strategies, policies, and practices that support the company's business objectives. This role involves managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, training, and compliance, with a focus on fostering a productive and engaged workforce in the electronic manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company's objectives.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes for all levels of the organization.
  • Oversee onboarding, orientation, and integration of new employees.
  • Lead employee relations initiatives, addressing concerns, grievances, and conflict resolution.
  • Manage performance appraisal systems and ensure effective performance management practices.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll in compliance with local laws and company policies.
  • Ensure HR policies comply with labor laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Monitor workforce metrics and provide reports to management on HR effectiveness.
  • Foster a positive organizational culture, employee engagement, and retention strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • Minimum of 5–7 years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing or electronics industry.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and employee relations.
  • Experience in performance management, training, and HR analytics.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php60, Php80,000.00 per month
