Job Qualifications:

  • Must be a graduate of Bachelor Degree major in Behavioral Science, Psychology, Human Resource Development or any related course.
  • Knowledge on Statutory Benefits Administration
  • Above Average on MS Applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
  • Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Can work under pressure and tight deadlines.

Job Descriptions:

  • Responsible for the recruiting the most qualified personnel for the vacant position
  • Providing counseling on policies and procedures
  • Being actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process
  • Create and implement effective onboarding and offboarding plans
  • Develop training and development programs
  • Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
  • Maintain employee records (attendance, leave monitoring, and etc.) according to policy and legal requirements
  • Customer-oriented, Good in dealing with people, and Approachable
  • Working knowledge of computer programs for entering data
  • Solid understanding of health and safety regulations
  • Basic math and recording abilities and have excellent organizational skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power point)
  • Above average in communication and writing skills
  • Customer-oriented, good in dealing with people, approachable
  • Can work under pressure and tight deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php16,000.00 per month
