Job Qualifications:
- Must be a graduate of Bachelor Degree major in Behavioral Science, Psychology, Human Resource Development or any related course.
- Knowledge on Statutory Benefits Administration
- Above Average on MS Applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Can work under pressure and tight deadlines.
Job Descriptions:
- Responsible for the recruiting the most qualified personnel for the vacant position
- Providing counseling on policies and procedures
- Being actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process
- Create and implement effective onboarding and offboarding plans
- Develop training and development programs
- Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
- Maintain employee records (attendance, leave monitoring, and etc.) according to policy and legal requirements
- Customer-oriented, Good in dealing with people, and Approachable
- Working knowledge of computer programs for entering data
- Solid understanding of health and safety regulations
- Basic math and recording abilities and have excellent organizational skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power point)
- Above average in communication and writing skills

Job Type: Full-time
