Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support, analysis, and troubleshooting for the organization's IT platforms.
  • Work with system administrators, developers, and end-users to provide support, maintenance, and training on the various IT platforms.
  • Monitor and analyze platform performance metrics and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve platform-related issues and incidents.
  • Develop and maintain platform-specific documentation, including standard operating procedures and knowledge base articles.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement platform-related projects.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Information Systems or other quantitative field.
  • 1-2 years of work experience in technical product management (or equivalent)
  • Strong data analytical skills with experience in SQL is a must
  • Knowledge of platform-specific scripting and automation tools such as PowerShell, Python, or Bash is a plus
  • Experience with UI/UX design, Web APIs and authentication protocols a plus
