Job Summary:

The Marketing Assistant plays a vital role in supporting the growth and branding initiatives of Keller Williams Manila. This role helps bring our mission, vision, and culture to life by assisting in marketing campaigns, managing listings, creating content, and strengthening our online and offline presence.

Working closely with leadership, associates, and partner teams, the Marketing Assistant ensures that every communication and campaign reflects the Keller Williams values of growth, productivity, and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Marketing & Branding Support

§ Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies aligned with KW Manila's goals.

§ Create engaging digital and print marketing materials (flyers, posters, videos, etc.).

§ Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials.

2. Social Media & Digital Marketing

§ Manage and schedule posts across official social media platforms.

§ Track engagement, reach, and performance of digital campaigns.

§ Support content creation for KW events, success stories, and agent spotlights.

3. Listings & Database Management

§ Upload, classify, and maintain property listings in KW Command and other real estate platforms.

§ Coordinate with associates to ensure listings are accurate and updated.

§ Assist in organizing and maintaining the database of leads, clients, and agents.

4. Event & Campaign Coordination

§ Support internal and external events such as Power Mondays, Business Opportunity Meetings, Red Day, and training sessions.

§ Prepare promotional materials and assist in event logistics and documentation.

§ Capture highlights, testimonials, and key moments for post-event promotions.

5. Administrative & Communication Support

§ Help prepare marketing reports, presentations, and monthly activity summaries.

§ Coordinate with partner vendors, suppliers, and media contacts.

§ Manage communication lines between leadership, associates, and marketing.

Qualifications:

§ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or any related field.

§ Experience in marketing, design, or administrative roles (Real Estate experience is a plus).

§ Proficient in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar tools.

§ Knowledge of social media management tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite).

§ Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.

§ Creative, detail-oriented, and open to learning the KW models, systems, and culture.

Preferred Skills:

§ Familiarity with KW Command or other CRM tools.

§ Basic understanding of real estate listings and promotions.

§ Experience in content creation, photography, or video editing is an advantage.

Work Environment:

§ Office-based at Keller Williams Manila with occasional fieldwork for events and listings.
