Details:

● Work Shift: Night Shift

● Work Setup: RTO 2-4 times a month

● Office Address: 9/F SCMC Mall of Asia Arena Annex (MAAX) Building, Pasay, 1300

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

● Loan and Document Management: Accurately uploading and organizing all legal documents and data related to new deals and amendments. This includes tasks such as uploading new loan agreements, historical amendments, and associated closing documents into the loan operations platform.

● Transaction and Portfolio Administration: Completing the day-to-day administrative tasks for the loan portfolio. Examples include booking new deals, processing transaction history, handling payments and interest accruals, and inputting drawdown notices and payoffs.

● Compliance and Covenant Tracking: Monitoring key borrower obligations by inputting data and documents provided by clients. This involves tracking financial and affirmative covenants and ensuring borrowers /lenders are notified of timing for required reports or documents.

● Data and Reporting: Generating and maintaining accurate data within the platform to support the onshore team's analysis. This includes preparing bespoke data exports and reports for internal review and for the onshore team to use in client-facing materials.

● Client Request Fulfillment: Handling basic and recurring requests from clients for data or specific information from their portfolio. This includes providing copies of documents, historical transaction summaries, and standard reporting.

● Knowledge Base Management: Contributing to and maintaining the internal knowledge base with common requests, solutions, and best practices observed during daily tasks.

Qualifications and requirements:

● A bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field is often required, though some positions may start with relevant work experience.

● 1-3 years of experience

● Proficiency with loan processing software, financial databases, and other relevant technology.

● High degree of accuracy is crucial for managing sensitive financial data and documentation.
