Business Development and Institutional Accounts Manager

Key Functions:
- Lead Generation, Account Opening, and Account Relationship Management
- Negotiation and Factbook Keeping
- B2B Accreditation (internal and external)
- End-to-end Sales Order Process
- Delivery Monitoring and Coordination
- In-Field Execution and Other Programs for Insti Sales Reporting and Sales Planning
- AR Collection, Remittance, and AR Reporting
Qualifications:
- Have at least 4 years of experience working in business development, key accounts management, med rep sales, or distributor sales management. With proven experience in account opening, expansion, and relationship management.
- Great understanding of end-to-end sales order process, order fulfillment, and logistics coordination.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Open to work in the field within Metro Manila and/or other neighboring areas.
- Highly motivated in achieving sales targets and innovative in capturing business-building opportunities.
- Expert in sales analytics and financial management. Able to maintain report dashboards and come up with monthly sales plans.
- Flexible and creative when dealing with customers/clients.
- Strategic thinker and have strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
