The HRBP will act as an Executive Coach, Talent Strategist, and Culture Shaper, driving initiatives that align people strategies with business objectives to deliver impactful results.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Align Talent & People Strategies:
Partner with leadership to design and implement workforce strategies that support organizational goals, including succession planning, talent acquisition, and retention programs. - Build Leadership Capability:
Coach and develop senior leaders to enhance their effectiveness, foster inclusive leadership behaviors, and strengthen organizational bench strength. - Shape Organizational Culture:
Champion cultural transformation initiatives that promote innovation, collaboration, and agility within a fast-paced technology and engineering environment. - Drive Business Impact:
Translate business priorities into actionable HR strategies that improve performance, engagement, and organizational health. - Organizational Development:
Lead change management efforts, organizational design projects, and capability-building programs to ensure scalability and adaptability. - HR Expertise Across Functions:
Provide guidance on compensation, benefits, employee relations, performance management, and compliance to ensure holistic HR support.
You create competitive and breakthrough strategies that show a clear connection between vision and action. You use knowledge of business drivers and how strategies and tactics play out in the market to guide actions. You view talent development as an organizational imperative. You instill and sustain organization-wide energy to show what is possible.
For This Role, You Will Need:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields.
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a strategic HRBP role.
- Proven expertise in organizational development and change management.
- Strong business acumen and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Experience in technology or engineering sectors is highly desirable.
- Master's degree
- Certification in coaching (e.g., ICF) or HR (e.g., SHRM-SCP, CIPD)
