Job Purpose

The Organizational Development (OD) Manager drives people and organizational effectiveness across the fashion retail business by designing and implementing strategies that enhance employee capability, strengthen leadership, and reinforce a high-performance, customer-centric culture. The role ensures that structure, culture, and talent are aligned with the company's growth and transformation goals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Behavioral Science, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • At least
    5–7 years of experience
    in Organizational Development, Talent Management, or Learning & Development, ideally within
    retail or fast-paced consumer industries
    .
  • Strong understanding of organizational design, succession planning, and competency frameworks.
  • Skilled in facilitation, coaching, and program design.
  • Analytical and data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into strategy.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Passionate about fashion, people, and culture transformation.
