Partnerships are at the core of our growth. We're looking for a Product & Agency Partner Manager (Business Development) who thrives on building revenue-generating relationships with commerce platforms, agencies, and tech partners. If you're a deal-closer with a product mind and a knack for spotting opportunities before others see them — this role is for you.
What You'll Do: Product Partnerships & Integrations
- Identify and prioritize high-impact integrations with commerce platforms, e-commerce tools, and emerging tech players.
- Collaborate with product and engineering to validate opportunities, scope integrations, and influence roadmap decisions.
- Understand APIs, data flows, and tech requirements to confidently lead conversations with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Own the partnership lifecycle — from outreach and negotiation to contract signing, launch, and GTM enablement.
- Ensure integrations deliver measurable impact: new merchant acquisition, revenue growth, and product stickiness.
Agency Partnerships
- Build and nurture strategic relationships with creative, performance, and e-commerce agencies that influence brand decisions.
- Create co-selling motions with agency partners that drive merchant adoption and expand our reach.
- Develop joint marketing campaigns, partner training, and enablement programs.
- Serve as the voice of partners internally — informing product, sales, and marketing strategies.
Agency Partnerships
- Build relationships with e-commerce agencies, consultants, and system integrators.
- Sell the client as a way for agencies to make money: new billable services, faster results for their merchants.
- Design programs, incentives, and training so agencies can scale with us.
- Make the product a "must have" in agency playbooks.
- Drive measurable pipeline and ARR from agency-sourced deals.
Who You Are

- Creative: you can see how products fit together and pitch the story in a way that excites both partners and merchants.
- Technical enough: you get APIs, data flows, and product specs; you can sit with an engineer and know what's feasible.
- Sales-driven: you measure yourself by revenue impact. You love pitching, negotiating, and closing.
- Fast mover: you thrive in a startup environment with weekly launches and ambitious goals.
Requirements
- 2–5 years experience in partnerships, Business Development, or sales at a SaaS, e-commerce, or platform company.
- Track record of owning deals end-to-end: from outreach to signed agreement to live integration.
- Strong technical curiosity and ability to translate product ideas into real specs.
- Proven ability to generate revenue through partnerships.
- Excellent communicator who can win over execs, product teams, and agency founders.
