Collo, a young Philippine-based property management software start‑up, offers an end‑to‑end solution for property managers, brokers, tenants, and owners. Our goal is to cover every aspect of property management from tenant and property management to billing & payments, repair & maintenance, reporting & booking, and communication, all accessible from one device. Responsibilities Become an expert of the product to deliver presentations and close deals Approach new clients and propose innovative features that improve user experience Lead and implement online and on‑the‑ground sales activities and promotions (cold call, workshops, email campaigns, etc.) Strategic cross‑ and upsell of the product Implement and manage client expectations based on agreements Help shape Standard Operating Procedures, providing guidance on improving sales operations Manage the lead pipeline with focus on achieving monthly revenue goals and other KPIs Monitor and analyze sales success metrics Qualifications Experience in sales (field sales, door‑to‑door, cold calling), account management, or similar client‑facing roles Bachelor's degree Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino Good negotiation skills and ability to manage multiple clients at all levels Ability to translate technical jargon into easy‑to‑understand language for users Team player, able to relay solution‑based suggestions in handling problems Good skills in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Understanding of CRM tools (Pipedrive, HubSpot, etc.) Ability to produce reports via various analytics tools Background in property management and/or real estate industry is a plus Benefits Diversity and inclusion Work‑life balance Amazing growth opportunities Competitive compensation Work with a young, passionate, and friendly team HR Info Seniority level: Entry level Employment type: Full‑time Job function: Business Consulting and Services and Strategic Management Services #J-18808-Ljbffr
