
Digital Learning Administrator

This is a pivotal role that will coordinate, administrate and advocate the digital eLearning environment, particularly our LMS, within the company and other associated businesses.
Work with the Learning and Development team to provide end-to-end administration and support of the LMS and L&D platforms.
Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities:
• Manage, maintain, monitor and analyse user engagement with learning platforms,
develop communications to support user engagement and provide evaluation to key
stakeholders
• Provide LMS and L&D platforms training for new users and leadership teams
• Oversee learning records and reporting for compliance and audits
• Manage eLearning support queries and team inbox
• Support the logistics of digital learning events, including calendar management and
digital conference support, induction programs
• Support LMS transition by coordinating system setup, migration, and stakeholder
training
• Support analysis and design of digital learning programs, adhering to best practice
user experience, accessibility, and visual design
• Manage content delivery calendar to ensure appropriate release schedule,
communication and notice is provided
• End-to-end administration of The Cage LMS platform and associated eLearning
platforms (Linked In), ensuring an efficient and effective user experience
• Conduct training sessions to teach new team members, and team leaders how to use
learning platforms and resources
• Support the delivery of Support Office communications and programs
• Oversee the Training inbox, responding to eLearning related queries in a timely and
professional manner
• Ensure learning and development records and statistics are maintained and
reported to effectively monitor, manage and plan organisational learning and
development activities
• Assist the L&D team in the logistics and delivery of operational training nationally
when required, for example monthly Support Office Induction Program.
• Maintain the level of technical development in line with business needs
• Develop a constructive culture geared towards learning and innovation
• And any other activities appropriate for the role
Qualifications & Experience Required:
• Technical aptitude and system knowledge
• Agile working experience
• Exceptional organisational skills with high degree of drive, initiative, outcome
orientation and the capacity to deal with multiple and often conflicting priorities.
• Proven analytical and problems solving skills coupled with strong attention to detail
and data entry accuracy
• Previous demonstrated experience in developing high quality, professional digital
learning assets
• Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision and also as part of the
Learning and Development team
• Program skills:
• Webinar hosting software (GoToWebinar preferred)
• Office 365 (Word, Powerpoint, Excel, including SharePoint and Power
Automate)
• Video editing desirable (Premiere Pro)
• 1-3 years of experience required
