About the role Our Data Integration Platform is seeking a Trainer Specialist to join our team in the Philippines. In this position you will help shape the learning journey of DIP employees in Colombia and the Philippines. This entry‑level role is ideal for fresh graduates passionate about training, development, and continuous learning. What you'll do Assist in planning, coordinating, and delivering in‑house training programs, including onboarding for new hires. Collaborate with managers and leaders to identify training needs and design tailored programs. Create engaging training materials and conduct assessments to monitor trainee progress. Prepare evaluation reports covering attendance, performance, and feedback. Promote DIP and Inchcape’s framework and work culture through training initiatives. Support training‑related meetings and maintain accurate records of attendance and outcomes. Research and apply new training methodologies relevant to the platform. Participate in continuous professional development and stay updated on training trends. About you Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills; able to simplify technical concepts. Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment. Willingness to work across time zones and occasionally outside regular hours for global meetings. Knowledgeable in IT‑related terminologies and concepts. Highly self‑motivated, customer‑focused, and detail‑oriented. Demonstrated leadership potential and ability to manage small projects.
