You’ll build SCORM‑compliant modules using tools like Storyline, Rise, or Captivate, and help manage course setup and updates in the LMS. Multimedia and interactive elements will be part of your toolkit to make learning more dynamic and effective. Job Summary The position is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering engaging, scalable training solutions. This role combines instructional design expertise with digital learning innovation to create learner‑centered experiences that drive operational excellence and employee performance. The ideal candidate is a creative strategist and hands‑on designer who transforms complex information into clear, interactive content aligned with Company’s standards of service and quality. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communication, or related field 2–4 years of experience in instructional design or digital learning Experience with multimedia tools and learning technologies Background in service or travel industry is a plus Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Teams, and SharePoint Strong instructional design and curriculum development skills Experience with eLearning tools, multimedia, and animation platforms (e.g., Heygen AI, Genially, Canva) Familiarity with LMS platforms and SCORM/xAPI standards Flexible and adaptable to changing project needs #J-18808-Ljbffr
