We're looking for a Merchandising Specialist who will take charge of implementing sales and marketing programs in the trade. This role ensures our products are well-placed, visible, and aligned with merchandising standards to help achieve sales growth targets. You'll manage merchandising personnel (both in-house and third-party) and oversee the execution of trade displays, promotions, and store activities within your assigned area.

What You'll Do

  • Plan, organize, and execute merchandising programs to support sales growth.
  • Lead and manage merchandising personnel (in-house and agency) to ensure optimal deployment and productivity.
  • Ensure proper implementation of trade standards including planograms, pricing, product availability, and FIFO.
  • Monitor and evaluate promotions, store activities, and competitor movements in the trade.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and agency partners to maintain smooth execution of field activities.
  • Prepare regular merchandising reports and data analysis for management review.
  • Monitor merchandising budgets and contracts, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales, retail, or merchandising; supervisory experience is an advantage.
  • Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in planning, scheduling, and deployment management.
  • Keen attention to detail and excellent customer service orientation.
  • Willing to travel and conduct fieldwork as needed.
