We're looking for a results-driven Area Promotion and Merchandising Specialist to help boost our brand visibility and sales across key retail locations. You'll be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring in-store promotions and merchandising activities ensuring that our products stand out on shelves, campaigns are executed flawlessly, and brand standards are consistently met.

What You'll Do

  • Plan and execute trade promotions and merchandising activities across assigned areas.
  • Ensure all product displays and materials comply with brand standards and maximize visibility.
  • Coordinate closely with Sales and Trade Marketing Teams to align promotional strategies and meet sales targets.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to recommend improvements and new initiatives.
  • Track and report KPIs, such as campaign effectiveness, product availability, and display compliance.
  • Manage promotional budgets efficiently to ensure maximum return on investment.
  • Provide regular feedback and updates from the field to support data-driven decisions.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in promotional marketing, trade marketing, or merchandising (preferably in FMCG).
  • Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical and reporting abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Willingness to travel regularly within assigned areas.
