Head of Business Technology Lead
who can bridge business and technology—driving transformation across our automotive, EV charging, and infrastructure operations.

About the Role

As the
Head of Business Technology Lead
, you'll be the go-to person connecting business needs with smart, scalable tech solutions. You'll lead digital initiatives that enhance customer experience, optimize dealer operations, and accelerate our transition into the EV and smart mobility era.

You'll work closely with leaders across the organization—Sales, Operations, Infra, and Finance—to turn tech opportunities into business results. From strategy to execution, you'll make sure every digital move aligns with the company's growth goals.

What You'll Do

  • Be the bridge:
    Partner with business unit heads to identify pain points, map opportunities, and drive digital transformation.
  • Lead with strategy:
    Build and deliver technology roadmaps aligned with organizational goals.
  • Manage demand:
    Prioritize IT requests and projects that create the most impact.
  • Champion innovation:
    Explore new technologies—from connected vehicles and EV charging solutions to next-gen CRM and payment platforms.
  • Ensure alignment:
    Keep stakeholders informed, engaged, and satisfied with measurable business outcomes.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in
    IT, Computer Science, or related field
  • 10+ years in
    digital/business technology leadership
    , preferably in automotive, mobility, or energy
  • Solid background in
    CRM, ERP, lead management, EV infrastructure, and digital ecosystems
  • Skilled in
    project management, stakeholder engagement, and strategic planning
  • Certifications like
    PMP
    and
    ITIL 4 Foundation
    are a plus
