Your Role

The
Business Analytics Head
equip and enable the various decision makers of the Bank in making timely and data-driven decisions on helping grow the Bank's book by identifying data-driven trends, providing and maintaining sales reporting dashboards, or analysing large amounts of data to uncover sales opportunities and/or facilitate improvements in operational efficiency.

How You Can Contribute

  • Optimize sales productivity by facilitating cross-selling efforts, devising campaign programs, and/or generation of potential sales leads.
  • Monitoring of sales and TAT KPIs and/or campaign programs by ensuring that data and/or reports are made available and fit for use.
  • Equipping other support and reporting units with their business-related data or reporting requirements by providing advice/assistance in their requirements.
  • Engaging key stakeholders in gathering requirements for reports and dashboards-building to help business and support units in monitoring key KPIs on a pre-determined frequency.
  • Determining the best course of action in developing reports and dashboards – from data cube design to end-state visualization.
  • Reviewing dashboards for continued relevance and usage by engaging stakeholders and soliciting feedback towards enhancing or expanding existing reports and dashboards.
  • Providing advice and/or guidance to stakeholders in helping build/maintain/enhance sustainable and easily manageable reports and/or dashboards.
  • Facilitating requirements building, testing, and/or deployment of new data cubes in the local data warehouse to aid in reports/dashboard generation.
  • Monitoring data quality and ensuring identified data quality issues are addressed and if necessary, update policies or procedures to mitigate recurrence.
  • Assess interpretation of data across the data life cycle and ensure alignment/standardization.
  • Handle other related functions that may be assigned by superiors from time to time.

Your Profile

  • College Degree in any Mathematics-related field (e.g. BS Mathematics, BS Statistics, BS Applied Mathematics, BS Data Science, etc.)
  • At least 5 years in data/business analytics.
  • With relevant experience in Analytics, Statistics, Data Science, Modelling
  • Preferably with banking experience in Modelling, Data Science, and Business MIS
