About the role

Eastvantage Business Solutions Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Generation Specialist to join our dynamic sales team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for proactively identifying and cultivating new business opportunities to drive the growth and success of our organisation. Based in Taguig City, Metro Manila, this position will play a crucial part in achieving our ambitious sales targets.

What you'll be doing

  • Conducting thorough market research to identify potential clients and target industries
  • Generating high-quality sales leads through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, networking events, and digital marketing campaigns
  • Qualifying and nurturing leads to ensure they are a good fit for our products and services
  • Scheduling and conducting effective sales presentations and demonstrations to potential clients
  • Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement strategic lead generation initiatives
  • Maintaining detailed records of all lead generation activities and sales pipeline data
  • Continuously improving lead generation processes and identifying new opportunities for growth

What we're looking for

  • 3-5 years of experience in a lead generation or new business development role, preferably within the sales or business development industry
  • Proven track record of successfully identifying, qualifying, and converting leads into new business opportunities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with potential clients
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to adapt to changing market conditions
  • Proficiency in using sales and lead generation tools, such as CRM software, dialing systems, and data analytics platforms
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively within a team environment
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field, such as marketing, business, or communications
