Head of Strategy Execution and Transformation (Mobile Team)

Location: Taguig

Head of Strategy Execution and Transformation, where you'll lead the delivery of key strategic initiatives that drive our mobile vision forward. This role partners closely with brand heads and business unit leaders to ensure that all initiatives are executed effectively, aligned with business priorities, and deliver measurable impact.

You will establish and oversee a program governance framework, manage execution risks, and ensure cross-brand and cross-functional alignment across technology, network, marketing, and customer experience teams. As a strategic challenger and transformation leader, you'll help shape decisions that protect and differentiate our mobile brands while accelerating growth and digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the end-to-end execution of mobile strategic initiatives.
  • Lead program governance, milestone tracking, and issue resolution.
  • Align strategies across brands and business units to avoid overlap and maximize impact.
  • Identify risks, recommend solutions, and ensure timely delivery of outcomes.
  • Partner with senior leaders to track performance and report progress on strategic priorities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or Telecommunications (MBA preferred).
  • 10+ years' experience in strategy execution, transformation, or enterprise program management, ideally in telecommunications or digital industries.
  • Strong understanding of mobile products, KPIs, and technology ecosystems.
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and influence senior executives.
