Driver Onboarding Operations Specialist - 6 months fixed-term

The day-to-day activities include:

  1. Oversee Daily Onboarding Operations:

Manage day-to-day onboarding activities for Grab and Move It drivers at our onboarding sites, both in MK and other locations.

Facilitate onboarding processes for SAs, events, special onboarding sessions, including other driver acquisition programs and initiatives (ie. License Upgrade Program,etc)

Align driver acquisition and onboarding schedules to ESME and stakeholders through email and weekly calls.

Assign and manage manpower allocation based on the needs and requirements of our numerous acquisition and onboarding initiatives

2. Process and Policy Adjustments:

Designing and creating processes to translate various strategic initiatives to actual process on-ground with the goal of ensuring an efficient process flow as well as smooth driver onboarding experience

Communicate and implement policy and process adjustments as well as offer, as required.

Timely and accurate cascade process/ policy adjustments to across various relevant stakeholders (ie. Team Leaders (TLs), Liaisons, Security) thru proper communication channels

4. Onboarding Support:

Update stakeholders on adhoc requests for driver applications statuses and follow-ups.

Manage onboarding and support channels such as:

5. Data Processing:

Support various documents and requirements processing during onboarding and liaise with internal stakeholders as well as third-party vendors to ensure applicant compliance with onboarding requirements

Ensure the accuracy and completeness of records through proper documentation

6. Inventory Monitoring:

Monitor gear inventory and ensure at least 50% of stocks remain before initiating a request for replenishment.

Coordinating with Finance Ops for procurement and forecasting.

The must-haves:

Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in business administration, IT, marketing, or similar field

Strong organizational and multitasking skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities efficiently.

Proficiency in communication tools: Skilled in using email platforms, Viber, and other communication channels.

Collaboration: Work effectively with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Must be knowledgeable about transport, cars and the automotive and transport industry

Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Fluent in speaking, writing in both Filipino and English language

Attention to detail and accuracy. Problem analysis and problem-solving skills.

Excellent time management skills. Proactive and self-starters, and has a high degree of personal responsibility. Enjoy working as part of a team.

Comfortable multi-tasking as a key player on a variety of projects (if necessary.)

Inventory Management Knowledge: Familiarity with stock monitoring and replenishment processes.

Handle themselves in a pleasant, personable manner (in-person, phone, and email.)

Pay: Php23, Php25,000.00 per month
