Responsibilities:

  • Processing orders and preparing quotes
  • Scheduling sales, travel, and appointments
  • Coordinating samples and information for clients
  • Logging and following up on client meeting notes and action items
  • Reporting on sales performance and trends
  • Gathering market feedback and ideas for innovation
  • Handling incoming phone and web chat inquiries
  • Managing business resources responsibly within assigned area.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a Sales Associate, Administrative, Customer Service, or related role
  • Background in retail is an advantage
  • Familiarity with retail business models is a plus
  • Quick to learn new tools and software; proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Well-developed organizational and time management abilities
  • Skilled in problem-solving and handling multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent in both communication and interpersonal interactions
  • Demonstrates a strong work ethic and collaborates well with a team
