Improve Customer Experience as an E-Commerce Sales Support Specialist

About the Role

  • This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and skilled sales professional to join our fast-paced team and play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Provide top-tier customer service via phone, live chat, email, and SMS for product-related inquiries, orders, returns, and refunds.
  2. Assist customers with making confident shopping decisions through personalized suggestions and detailed product knowledge.
  3. Monitor, update, and resolve order-related concerns with speed and accuracy.
  4. Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to boost revenue and improve the customer experience.
  5. Keep detailed records of customer interactions and feedback to inform internal improvements.

The Ideal Candidate

  • A minimum of 1 year of remote/online experience in e-commerce, customer service, or sales support.
  • Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal.
  • Experience with CRM platforms such as Shopify, Gorgias, or Zendesk is a plus.
  • Ability to stay calm and resourceful when handling customer concerns.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
