Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Create or update job advertisements based on the submitted and approved Manpower Requisition Form (MRF) and job description through various job portals and social media.
  • Screen resumes of candidates and conduct phone screening. Schedule shortlisted candidates for initial interview through inviting them for a face-to-face or virtual meeting.
  • Prepare initial assessment and endorse staff level applicants who pass the initial interview for next level of screening by arranging the interview schedule with the HR Manager and, subsequently, with Hiring Manager/Department Head.
  • Prepare documents necessary for onboarding of new employees.
  • Prepare performance evaluation forms for new hires and distribute the forms to respective hiring managers/departments for 5th month evaluation.
  • Route clearance/coordinate with other departments regarding accountabilities.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Psychology, Behavioral Sciences, Human Resources Development Management or any other related fields.
  • With at least 3-5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment.
  • Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and platforms, including social media and job boards.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be amenable to work on site, Mondays to Fridays, 9am to 6pm, in Mandaluyong.
