
Operations Assistant

The Operations Assistant provides support to the operations team by providing support in completing administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, handling logistics, and ensuring smooth daily operations. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced and busy service oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative support
- Assist in scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as needed.
- Maintain accurate records and filing systems.
Operational coordination
- Support the implementation of operational policies and procedures.
- Monitor supply inventory and place orders as needed.
- Assist with vendor and client communications.
Logistics and Scheduling
- Help coordinate deliveries, shipments, and inventory management.
- Organize travel arrangements and itineraries for staff.
- Ensure office facilities and equipment are well-maintained.
Data entry and reporting:
- Update and maintain databases with accurate information.
- Generate operational reports and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Assist in financial tracking, invoicing, and expense reporting.
Customer & Employee Support
- Address internal and external inquiries efficiently.
- Assist in onboarding new employees and providing operational training.
- Help ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Prior experience in an administrative or operations support role.
- Knowledge of supply chain, logistics, or office management.
