JOB SUMMARY

· Responsible for managing store rentals, leasing contracts, and store openings by coordinating with mall administrators, internal departments, and handling negotiations for renewals and discounts.

· Supports business development, oversees administrative tasks such as sales incentives, travel accommodations, permit coordination, and financial reconciliations related to retail store operations.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Billings (Store Rentals)

  • Reviews charges, secures KGOS approval, and forwards to Accounting.
  • Monitors and reconciles pending balances with malls as needed.

Contracts

  • Manages and monitors leasing contracts and renewals.
  • Negotiates renewal terms and discounts based on KGOS instructions.
  • Serves as the company's liaison between mall leasing and internal departments.

Store Openings

  • Prepares and maintains documentation for new store construction.
  • Coordinates with Store Planning & Design (SPD) and Accounting department for permits and payment processing.
  • Acts as the primary contact for mall leasing and administrators.

Business Development

  • Assists managers with mall negotiations, site visits, and P&L projections.

Administrative

  • Monitors sales incentives and facilitates travel arrangements for retail teams.
  • Coordinates refunds for construction bonds and security deposits of closed stores.
  • Works with the Tax department on permits and compliance-related matters.
  • Updates retail teams on store development concerns.
  • Handles correspondence for charge/penalty waivers requested by MIS and SPD.
  • Organizes pre-construction, egress, and balance reconciliation meetings.
  • Provides support for HR and other administrative concerns as needed.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

· Bachelor's/ College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, or any business-related courses.

· At least 2-3 years relevant work experience in the related field.

· Experience in a retail company and with knowledge in all facets of store operations.

· Organized, knowledgeable of the job and can give quality output.

· Analytical, has good problem-solving skills, good conflict/feedback management.

· Proven administrative and time management skills.

· Willing to work in Ortigas Center, Pasig City.
