Job Summary

Provide technical support for warehouse operation by collaborating with Head Office and Area Operations team and maintaining records of activities, financial records, and inventory. Assists in overall business development and financial management of Transport and Warehouse Operations. Builds relationship with existing and new clients in order to improve business revenues.

What we're looking for:

  • Degree in Engineering, Finance, Marketing, Sales, or any business course or relevant field
  • At least 1 year of working experience in logistics/warehouse operations, business development, account management, sales, marketing, or related fields
  • Technical and Computer Skills
  • Communication Skills
  • Interpersonal and intrapersonal skills
  • Public speaking and presentation skills

What you'll be doing:

  • Coordinates with Logistics Service Providers, Area Heads/Supervisors, and warehouse personnel for data verification and uploading in dashboards
  • Provides operational support such as manpower deployment on operated warehouses and garage.
  • Assist in all logistics requirements of the clients and new business Projects (Take-on projects), both Warehousing and Trucking.
  • Work with Revenue Management group to create rate quotation and develop proposals.
  • Prepare and present to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Assist in managing department's budget and financial outlook.
  • Oversee department's manning completion both in head office and area Operations group.
  • Accomplish all assigned administrative tasks.
