Role Overview:

As an Account Manager at Partipost, you will be the key liaison between our brand partners and internal teams, ensuring campaigns are delivered with excellence and drive measurable results. You'll manage end-to-end client relationships—from onboarding and campaign planning to execution and reporting—while identifying opportunities to grow and retain client accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of brand clients across industries, ensuring campaign success and client satisfaction
  • Lead onboarding sessions and translate client objectives into effective influencer campaign strategies
  • Work closely with campaign, creative, and influencer teams to execute campaigns on time and within scope
  • Build strong relationships with clients by providing proactive updates, insights, and solutions
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics and deliver regular performance reports and post-campaign analyses
  • Identify upsell opportunities and collaborate with the sales team to renew and grow client accounts
  • Act as a client advocate internally, representing client needs to improve platform and campaign delivery
  • Stay current with influencer marketing trends, platform capabilities, and competitive landscape
  • Support the optimization of internal processes for better campaign execution and client experience

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in account management, client services, or campaign execution (preferably in marketing, digital media, or influencer space)
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal); other languages are a plus
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and make optimization recommendations
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup-like environment
