Senior

Account Manager 

Your Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Account Manager to join our team In this role, you will oversee day-to-day client communications, strategy planning and campaign management, ensuring that client needs are met while delivering projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategy Development

  2. Lead research and ideation meetings for pitches and campaigns.

  3. Create and execute comprehensive deployment plans, including PR and creative strategies
  4. Present strategic deployment decks to clients.

Account Management

  • Develop internal briefs for business units to support client requests.
  • Monitor project trackers and facilitate alignment meetings with the internal team and brand teams

  • Client Servicing

  • Lead and manage internal and external communications with client partners and teams, providing regular progress updates

  • Be able to lead and manage client relationships through effective communication, and proactively identify and solve client problems.

  • People Management

  • Assist in training Accounts Managers, focusing on high-quality service delivery

  • Supports the Managing Partner and the People and Culture team in screening and recruiting potential team members, assessing team's performance, and career trajectory

  • Finance Management

  • Co-develop the scope of work and third-party costs with the Managing Partner, ensuring clarity and alignment on campaign requirements.

  • Lead, monitor and manage campaign budgets effectively, working with Finance and other departments to ensure client budgets are optimized

Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or any related field.
  • Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in public relations or account management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Dependable team player who thrives in a fast-paced setting
  • Effective problem-solver with a strategic mindset
