As a Business Analyst, you'll bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions by writing user stories, defining requirements, and ensuring smooth communication between teams. The Qualifications We Seek

• 3 to 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in an Agile/Scrum environment
• Strong background in writing effective user stories and acceptance criteria
• Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams including product, design, and engineering
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Detail-oriented with a structured approach to problem-solving
• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in remote or hybrid settings

Nice to Have:

• Experience using tools like Jira, Confluence, Miro, or Azure DevOps
• Background in digital agencies or client-facing environments
• Understanding of UX principles or experience working with design teams
• Familiarity with data analysis, APIs, or basic technical concepts

Your Daily Tasks

• Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, and developers to gather and define business requirements
• Write clear, concise, and testable user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting documentation
• Participate in Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
• Ensure stories are well-defined and ready for development ahead of sprints
• Help prioritize the product backlog in alignment with business goals and user needs
• Identify gaps, dependencies, and risks, and support the team in resolving them
• Act as the go-to source for clarifying business requirements throughout the delivery lifecycle
• Contribute to continuous improvement of analysis processes and agile practices
