As we invest in new technologies and systems, we are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support our team by driving process improvements, analysing commercial data, and assisting with system upgrades.

This is a work-from-home, virtual assistant role, ideal for someone with strong business acumen, analytical skills, and a passion for leveraging AI and automation in business processes.

Role Overview:

The Business Analyst will play a critical role in streamlining accounting systems, ERP systems, and business processes. You will be responsible for commercial analysis, process documentation, and assisting in new product development.

Your work will directly impact business efficiency, technology adoption, and strategic decision-making within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse and optimise business processes by mapping workflows, identifying inefficiencies, and recommending improvements.
  • Support ERP and accounting system implementations, ensuring smooth integration and functionality.
  • Develop functional requirements and specifications for new technology initiatives.
  • Assist with commercial and financial analysis, providing insights that drive business performance.
  • Prepare process documentation to standardize and streamline business operations.
  • Leverage AI tools and automation to enhance productivity and reporting.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to align technology solutions with business needs.

What We're Looking For:

Experience in business analysis, process improvement, or commercial analysis.

Background in FMCG (e.g., Nestlé), Big 4 accounting firms, or consulting is highly desirable.

Strong financial and business acumen with experience in ERP and accounting systems.

Excellent Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, data analysis).

AI-savvy, with an interest in using automation and AI tools to optimize processes.

Ability to document functional requirements and translate business needs into system solutions.
