About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to be a Top Sales Performer / Sales Specialist at Toplist foru corporation', a leading sales organisation. As a Sales Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's sales initiatives and helping to achieve its ambitious growth targets. This is a full-time position based in Taguig City Metro Manila.

What you'll be doing

Proactively identify and engage with prospective clients to understand their needs and pain points

Develop and execute effective sales strategies to acquire new customers and expand existing accounts

Deliver persuasive product presentations and handle objections skilfully to close sales

Maintain a strong pipeline of sales opportunities and consistently meet or exceed sales targets

Collaborate closely with the marketing team to support lead generation and demand creation efforts

Provide valuable feedback to the product team to help improve the company's offerings

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to identify new sales opportunities

What we're looking for

Minimum 1 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the sales industry

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients

Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas

Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field
