About the role: The Sales Trainer is responsible for the development, delivery, and certification of sales soft skills training programs. This role will ensure that dealer soft skills certification levels meet targets, working closely with dealer sales managers and sales consultants to enhance in-dealer soft skills training activities. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for developing people, strong communication skills, and experience in training and program management.

Responsibilities

The Sales Trainer is responsible for the development, delivery, and certification of sales soft skills training programs. This role will ensure that dealer soft skills certification levels meet targets, working closely with dealer sales managers and sales consultants to enhance in-dealer soft skills training activities.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in sales training, particularly in soft skills development.
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing training programs for sales teams.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and training software tools.
  • Experience working with sales teams in an automotive or dealership environment is a plus.
