A Senior Sales, you typically encompasses responsibilities like leading sales teams, developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying and managing key accounts, and driving revenue growth, while also mentoring and coaching junior sales representatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Leadership:
- Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives, setting clear goals and expectations.
- Coach and mentor junior sales team members, providing guidance and support to improve their performance.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to achieve company objectives.
Sales Performance:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, generating leads and closing deals.
- Manage and grow key accounts, building strong relationships with clients.
- Analyze sales data, identify trends, and make recommendations to improve sales performance.
Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Address client concerns and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.
Ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Reporting and Forecasting:
- Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
Track sales performance against targets and identify areas for improvement.
Team Management:
- Hire, train, and develop sales team members.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven experience in sales, ideally with a track record of success in a similar role.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze sales data and identify trends.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve client issues.

Pay: Php70, Php120,000.00 per month
