Customer Service Representative – Sales Account

Location: Cebu IT Park (Onsite)

Start Date: October (Wave 1) / Ongoing hiring

Salary: Up to ₱27,000/month + commissions and incentives

About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative to handle sales accounts. This role involves providing excellent client support while driving sales and managing accounts effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned sales accounts
  • Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information
  • Identify sales opportunities and promote relevant products or services
  • Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate client records
  • Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction

Qualifications:

  • Minimum high school diploma; college degree preferred
  • Experience in customer service or sales-related roles is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Willing to work onsite at Cebu IT Park
