JOB SUMMARY:

The Credit and Collection Assistant is responsible for managing and processing accounts receivable, including communicating with clients regarding payments and settlements. The role involves setting up monthly payments or agreed-upon settlements, preparing accounts receivable and related reports, and performing clerical tasks such as sorting and filing documents as needed.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Effectively collect the monthly target for Equity and DF Amortization Loan.
  • Monitor and manage all assigned accounts ranging from current to over 120 days past due, ensuring all collection efforts are properly executed.
  • Monitor and manage all buyer requests and ensure timely and appropriate action.
  • Respond to credit inquiries from both internal and external clients.
  • Provide excellent customer service regarding collection issues, process customer refunds, and review and process account adjustments.
  • Resolve client discrepancies and short payments.
  • Monitor and maintain assigned accounts, including customer calls, account adjustments, small balance write-offs, account reconciliations, and processing of credit memos.
  • Ensure timely generation and sending of notices.
  • Ensure that all transactions and requests are accurately tagged and processed in the system.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of any four-year course, preferably in Finance, Accounting, or other related business courses
  • At least one year of work-related experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.) and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment
  • Possesses strong communication, decision-making, negotiation, and listening skills
  • Willing to be assigned in San Pedro, Laguna

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: Php16, Php20,000.00 per month
