As a
Collections Specialist,
you'll manage overdue accounts with a balanced approach rooted in empathy, compliance, and professionalism. You'll conduct negotiations, evaluate customer circumstances, provide ethical repayment options, and maintain detailed records aligned with Australian regulations. Your work contributes directly to responsible lending, customer recovery, and a culture built on integrity and compassion.

Shift: Day Shift, Weekends Off (AU hours, semi-flexible; may change after 3 months or depending on business needs)

Salary: PHP 50,000

Start date: February 2, 2026

The Qualifications We Seek

• At least 3 years of hands-on collections or debt recovery experience
  , ideally within financial services
• Familiarity with Australian debt collection laws and regulatory requirements
• Strong negotiation and communication skills when managing customer accounts
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and collection or CRM software
• High attention to detail and accuracy, with a strong commitment to compliance
• Ability to manage competing priorities and remain resilient in high-volume environments

Your Daily Tasks

• Undertake inbound and outbound collection calls on assigned accounts
• Negotiate repayment plans within company guidelines and monitor adherence
• Assess customer financial circumstances to determine appropriate solutions
• Enter accurate information into the collection system and payment portal
• Identify and escalate complex or sensitive cases to the Team Leader
• Conduct skip tracing and use authorised systems to locate customers
• Adhere to all relevant Australian legislation and internal policies, including Strategic Collections procedures, ACCC/ASIC guidelines, and privacy requirements
• Participate in training, performance reviews, and team initiatives
• Maintain professionalism, empathy, and resilience in all customer interactions
