As a
Credit & Collections Supervisor,
you'll oversee daily operations while providing hands-on support to ensure excellent outcomes for customers and the business. You'll coach and mentor team members, manage workflow, monitor compliance with Australian credit laws, and promote a customer-first culture rooted in transparency and ethics.

Job Overview

Employment type: Full-time

Shift: Day Shift, Weekends Off (AU hours, semi-flexible; may change after 3 months or depending on business needs)

Salary: PHP 80,000 to PHP 120,000

Start date: February 2, 2026

Work setup: Onsite - Clark, Pampanga

The Qualifications We Seek

• At least 5 years of experience as a Collections Team Leader
  , ideally within financial services
• Strong understanding of Australian credit and collections legislation, including the NCCP Act, Privacy Act, and ASIC/ACCC guidelines
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage end-to-end collections processes in high-volume environments
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and coaching skills
• Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to assess performance and drive outcomes
• Hands-on operational approach with the ability to balance leadership duties and frontline performance delivery

Your Daily Tasks

• Actively participate in collection activities, including managing a small portfolio of accounts to remain connected with frontline operations
• Oversee day-to-day operations, including workflow allocation, queue management, and SLA adherence
• Monitor team KPIs, quality, and compliance outcomes, taking corrective action where required
• Conduct regular 1:1 meetings, feedback sessions, and team coaching
• Support onboarding, system setup, and training for new and existing team members
• Prepare and present performance and activity reports and insights to the onshore Collections Manager
• Partner with the onshore team to identify opportunities for efficiency, automation, and enhanced customer experience
• Promote a collaborative, performance-driven, and compliant team culture
