We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Credit Analyst / Loan Packager to join our professional team.

Key Responsibilities


• Assess and package residential loan applications for approval in line with lending policies and compliance requirements.


• Evaluate and process loans involving trusts, companies, and SMSFs.


• Develop and implement lending strategies that align with client objectives.


• Provide support to brokers through credit analysis and client management.


• Manage both Lo Doc and Full Doc lending scenarios.


• Identify opportunities within loan structures to support effective portfolio planning.

Qualifications and Skills


• Minimum 3 years of experience in mortgage broking, credit analysis, or lending with a mortgage broker.


• Strong attention to detail with a consistent and professional work ethic.


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.


• A proactive approach and commitment to continuous learning and development.
