Are you a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive individual looking for a challenging role in accounting? We are seeking an Accounting Staff to join our team immediately

Work Location

Calamba Hills Subd. Phase II, Brgy. Barandal, Calamba City, Laguna

Key Responsibilities

As an Accounting Staff, you will be crucial in managing our daily financial operations. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Handling accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Performing bank and general ledger reconciliations.
  • Assisting with the preparation of financial reports and statements.
  • Processing payroll and managing employee expense reports.
  • Maintaining accurate and organized financial records.
  • Ensuring compliance with accounting policies and regulations.
  • Assisting in internal and external audits.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Accounting Staff, Bookkeeper, or relevant role is a plus (fresh graduates with strong academic records are also encouraged to apply).
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles and procedures.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and familiarity with accounting software is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Compensation
